Steven Goldberg is one of the best lawyers that I have ever encountered for many reasons. He has a strict 24-hour return call policy, which means that you will get a return call within 24 hours regardless, but usually is much less than 24 hours. Steven makes you feel like you’re #1, and he handles your case as if he totally works for you. He is passionate about your case, lives your case, and works to do everything in his power to take care of his clients. As a client, there was never a moment that I felt in the dark, confused, or abandoned. It was always the opposite. I was always well informed, highly educated on the process, totally well equipped for depositions and ready for anything else that would come my way. He is one of the most capable attorneys’ I have ever encountered. I have referred him many cases due to the great job he has done for me. He has rendered huge verdicts and represented clients in Medical Malpractice, Criminal Defense, Gas and Oil, and is currently representing my friend on a very complicated divorce that will probably be documented because of the complexity of the issues. My experience with The Goldberg Law Firm was top-notch. After you meet him it is easy to see that Attorney Steven Goldberg takes his practice and his cases seriously, and he cares. He is professional, responsive, attentive, and his office will always respond promptly. His conclusion and adamant - adamant advice - to cancel my mother's surgery to remove a hematoma two days before her scheduled surgery saved her life. The misdiagnosed hematoma was actually a rare form of cancer. My mother ended up having 6 weeks of radiation and 5 surgeries at the Cleveland clinic over a 6 month period in 2004 and she is still alive today. The Cleveland Clinic confirmed that if she had the surgery for the misdiagnosed "Hematoma" she would have had about 6 months to live. I and my family are forever grateful to Attorney Goldberg for saving her life. Just know that if you represented by him he will fight for you. If he cant take your case he will refer you to the right attorney who can. I along with other people that I know have referred clients to Attorney Goldberg and not one person has stated anything but thankfulness for the referral because of their experience.
