I was referred to Goldberg Law Firm by my own attorney in Youngstown, Matt Giannini !!
I was thinking of a Possible Malpractice case involving a Dr. Cheng in Youngstown and or the Cleveland Clinic!!
My case alleged that I was (a) misdiagnosed by Cheng as having Asthma w/o ct scan Or X-rays (guessing)
Or the Cleveland Clinic urology department doing many ct scans and X-rays over 6 years and noting for 6 years that I had a progressively increasing interstitial lung disease, but this information was not shared with me or my urologist for 6 years!!
June of 2025 I stumbled across this diagnosis and brought to attention of Dr. spinner and she referred my case to Dr. Veith at main campus Cleveland Clinic?
Well Dr. Veith empathized with me of my thoughts on COVID & pointed out I had a serious Lung Disease with NO cure, sorry about what had happened or didn’t and focus on now & going forward!!
So enter Attorney Goldberg, very patient, knowledgeable and straightforward, he shared that so many men and women working in factories and mills in Cleveland or Youngstown have suffered from any number of Lung problems and because of Laws on the Books it’s very difficult to hold anyone accountable for their lack of diligence on their jobs, and I’m probably not even getting as much as an apology!!
Attorney Goldberg did help me wrap my head around my own situation and he has made good suggestions to make my own journey more bearable I’m 74, not on oxygen or a walker, can still enjoy my Harleys, Travel, boating and with pulmonary rehab and new medication my time on top can still be fruituitous !!!
Encouraging and positive knowledge shared by by attorney Goldberg gave me a better point of view on my own situation ; Not so dire, but more positive outlook, I’m no giving up, but have accepted this pulmonary business as part of my life !!!

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Steve Goldberg and Christina at Goldberg law offices. He took on my daughter’s wrongful death case, when many other attorneys wouldn’t, saying theirs no way to win when your up against a government entity that’s protected by its own laws. They took on my case knowing that ! They brought on another great attorney from PA. Scott Melton . And after 8 1/2 long fought years thru every lower courts and the Supreme Court they found the legal way to win and for my family and my daughters kids to get taken care of now thru life without their mother and our daughters.
